What are Ganga Hospitality's hours of operation?

Our hours are 9.00 am to 5.30 pm eastern standard time

How will I know when my order will ship?

Most orders ship within 24-48 hours after we receive them. In the event your order will take longer, we will inform you of the approximate shipping date shortly after the order is placed.

What if I have to change my order?

You can make changes to your order any time prior to it being shipped.

How do I cancel my order?

You may cancel your stock order any time before it has shipped. However custom orders cannot be cancelled, regardless of whether they have shipped or not.

How do I return an order that I have already received?

Items may not be returned without prior authorization. If you need to return an item, you must contact Ganga to receive a return authorization. You will be required to return authorized item/s in their original packaging. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return freight charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Can Ganga provide my company with a quote?

We always provide our customers with quotes. Your quote will contain the price of the product(s), any shipping charges and applicable sales tax. Quotes are valid for specific time frames and prices are not guaranteed beyond that date.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Ganga accepts company checks. We also accept major credit cards. Credit card payments incur a processing fee.

I received my order and it's damaged. What do I do?

All manufacturers require you to inspect your order/s carefully upon delivery. If you see any damage or if the product is unusable, you should refuse delivery. Be sure to note on the delivery ticket and keep a copy of that for future reference. You should inform us right away so we can process your order again.

What if I notice the damage after delivery?

Take pictures of any damage and inform us right away. Any replacement or credit is up to manufacturers discretion. You may be required to file a claim with the delivery company. If you decide to keep the damaged product, be sure to have the delivery driver note and sign on the delivery ticket for any future claim/s.

Will my product be delivered inside my business?

UPS and FED EX packages are normally delivered inside your business. With LTL deliveries, you are responsible for unloading from the edge of the truck. Liftgate is available for an extra charge.

What if I am tax exempt?

If your non-profit business is tax exempt, you must provide us with a tax exempt certificate when ordering.

What if product I received does not work?

All products we sell are warrantied by the manufacturer. Information regarding that can be found on their website or by calling them. We are not authorized to file any claims for repair or replacement on our customers behalf.
